Hip Circles

Gain even more control of those hips.

This exercise combines Hip Slides and Hip Raises into a movement where your hips circle rather like the pedals of a bicycle.

This is great for suppleness and control.

Whenever you are seated, whether in a chair or a saddle, or when you are standing, you will be more aware of whether your hips are evenly balanced, and more able to hold them in the correct position.

This is a really important skill for reducing strain along your spine.
